1. Services Offered
McKinney Movers provides residential, commercial, and long-distance moving services, including packing and storage upon request. We reserve the right to refuse handling hazardous materials or items we deem unsafe.
2. Booking and Payments
To book our services, you must confirm your move date and pay a deposit. Payment of the remaining balance is due upon completion. Cancellations within 48 hours of the move may incur a cancellation fee.
3. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must ensure items are adequately packed and available for transport. For fragile or valuable items, please inform our team ahead of time for special handling.
4. Liability Limitations
McKinney Movers takes utmost care with your belongings. However, we are not liable for loss or damage of items not packed by our staff or for events outside our control (e.g., road closures, weather delays).
5. Dispute Resolution
If disputes arise, we encourage direct communication. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be handled under the laws of Texas.
6. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Texas.
